Hungry Bin worm farm 180L $335
Hungry Bin + 2000 worms $395
Hungry Bin + 4000 worms $455
The long-awaited Hungry Bin is the Maserati of worm farms. It is the most efficient and user-friendly worm farm available and we are selling it now!
The Hungry Bin is a continuous flow system, which makes it far more efficient than worm farms that use stacked trays. The unique shape of the bin creates a large surface area, allowing the worms to easily access the food scraps at the top, allowing them to process more waste, more quickly. The tapered sides encourages the worms to stay on the surface, while compressing their castings below.
Harvesting castings does not involve any heavy, messy lifting. The floor of the bin just clips off, allowing around 4 litres of castings to break away at the bottom of the taper. Removing the castings is a relatively clean process and the castings are largely free of worms.
For only $15, your Hungry Bin will be delivered anywhere in Victoria.
Ring us to order on 9534 0670, or stop by to have a look at our operational Hungry Bin.

Help offset your carbon footprint by up to 20% by avoiding disposing of methane producing agents from your waste bin. Organic waste such as vegie scraps and plant matter produce methane gas when decomposing in tips. By using a worm farm the waste is digested by worms creating a nutritious fertilizer for your plants
Worm Juice $10.00 - 1 litre bottle; $17.50 - 2 litre bottle

A liquid form of castings, Worm Juice is made by collecting the leachate which seeps through the worm beds. This ‘juice’ is then pumped through the beds repeatedly to increase potency. It can be used as a convenient plant food by diluting 1:10 and applying to soil or used as a foliar spray. Plants treated with Worm Juice and Worm Castings/Vermicompost tend to be larger, and grow faster and more vigorously. Treatment with vermiproducts help plants to repel insect attack nematodes and disease. Vermiproducts are usually pH neutral, contain high coliform unit levels (a measure of microbial activity) and include elements such as nitrogen potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, cobalt, sulphur and molybdenum.

Each of our worms are individually handpicked for being the most punctual, productive worms with the best personalities. They can eat up to their body weight in food scraps per day. Our worms work harder and are also given a short motivational talk before being sent to your home.
