What do apple cider vinegar and pesto have in common? Both can be made from items in your garden and food waste!

Join Ella Ryan, Peter Kelly and April Seymore as they reveal which of the weeds in your backyard are actually edible while demonstrating how to make pesto with Warrigal greens and apple cider vinegar with your apple cores.

This session is part of the digital seminars series provided by the Port Phillip EcoCentre in Autumn and Winter, 2020, and will be held over Zoom.
