Join the EcoCentre’s Deb Punton, as we explore the use of interactions with nature for personal health and wellbeing benefits. This seminar is based on Deb’s work as an Ecopsychologist (Greensong Ecopsychology).

During this workshop, you will learn about what an Ecopsychologist does as well as examples of where you might see health and wellbeing benefits through personal nature reflections. An interactive activity will form as a part of the hour workshop, where participants can practice nature engagement at home.

Participants are asked to bring a small potted plant along to this workshop and have it sitting next to them as a part of the interactive activity.

A 15 minute Q&A session with Deb will be available directly after the workshop.

This session is part of the digital seminars series provided by the Port Phillip EcoCentre in Autumn, Winter and Spring, 2020. The session will be held over Zoom.

The EcoCentre acknowledges the Kulin Nations, including the Yalukit Willam clan of the Boon Wurrung language group, traditional custodians of the land on which we are located.

We pay respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to other First Nations and Elder members of our multicultural community.
