Beachkeepers! Shoreline Shell Series

Join us in monitoring bay health with a series of family-friendly Shoreline Shell Surveys!  Together, we’ll explore the beach and learn about the age, diversity, and ecological importance of shellfish including carnivores, herbivores, and filter feeders that help keep our beach and bay in balance.

These hands-on, educational events are a perfect way for all ages to connect with nature and contribute to scientific research. Let’s protect the beauty and biodiversity of Port Phillip Bay together. Register at the links below:

The EcoCentre acknowledges the Kulin Nations, including the Yalukit Willam clan of the Boon Wurrung language group, traditional custodians of the land on which we are located.

We pay respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to other First Nations and Elder members of our multicultural community.
