Our first Teacher Environment Network session for 2024  is designed to provide you with ideas, curriculum linked resources and tools, to inspire an authentic learning program that engages students with local wildlife conservation!

Our guest presenter, Chris Vella, is the coordinator of the Fighting Extinction Schools program at Melbourne Zoos. Chris will present some of their great resources and case studies of local schools leading the way to protect vulnerable species. The session will also include an exclusive first access peek at a new resource that provides students with a guide to creating a wildlife campaign! The session is a great opportunity to explore these curriculum materials and support your planning for 2024.

As always, there will be opportunity  to connect with other teachers as well as coffee, tea and delicious cake!

Participating teachers will also receive a certificate of professional learning linked to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
