Citizen science biodiversity survey in your backyard and neighbourhood

The EcoCentre is partnering with City of Port Phillip to bring you ‘NatureSpot’ — an exciting chance for you to be part of collecting our City’s biodiversity data that will be used to create wildlife corridors so that animals can move around safely, have the right things to eat, and the right types of shelter.

Observe nature in your backyard or take a walk along the block to get some nature connection, snap photos of flora and fauna and upload them onto the NatureSpot map during our Autumn NatureSpot focus week between 4 to 10 April 2020. Records can be made for areas whithin or around the City of Port Phillip.

The program is co-funded by a Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning Caring for Our Local Environment Grant.
