Monthly EcoCentre & Salvation Army Youth Services garden working bee.
From January 2021, the EcoCentre will team-up with the Salvation Army Youth Services, to turn their site garden into a flourishing community space. EcoCentre volunteers are invited to participate in monthly working bees, generally held on the last Friday of each month from 1pm – 3pm.
Working bees will include 90 minutes of gardening activities followed by a 30 minute social morning or afternoon tea. All volunteers must bring along a personal drinking water bottle, hat, gloves, gardening tools (if possible) and a face mask.
